Sorry, apparently wrong proxy :-).
But you got sip working over a proxy right? So your setup is not trivial...
I am not trying to make Skype look good here, but it has some features worth having. For some purposes I gave it up because it was dropping the calls and was down switching the video resolution to some values I didn't like.
