[Linphone-users] Problem with linphone to other computers

Dear Sirs:

First at all, excuse me because I'm a begginer in linphone. 

I installed the soft and I have success between my internal net. computers. The communication are clear, the same about video.

But when I use the sip:address@hidden where I was subscribed there are no way to communicate with others. 

Can you help me to fix this? thanks in advance.-
