If you just want to use the 5060 port you can select 'use standard
ports' in the settings.

Otherwise you need to edit the linphonerc embedded in the application.

The best is to compile yourself linphone-android. If it is not
possble you still has the (not straight forward) possibility to edit the
linphonerc directly on you android device.

You would need the development tools adb from google and to find out
where the linphone application is installed on the device.
See "adb shell", "adb pull" and "adb push".
