And second, any other ideas, because this is a new instalation and the history must be empty?

Hi

I had a similar issue with Windows Linphone version 3.4.2.

This happened due to the call history that gets too big to handle over
time.

I fixed it by clearing the call history that is stored in the ini settings
file of linphone.
