Most people only use Windoze because they don't know there's something better.
Still using Microsoft® Office? Oh dear. Try LibreOffice.

I think will have to set NAT and Firewall settings (options) to "behind
nat/firewall" and enter a stun server. E.g. stunserver.org or
stun.sipgate.net:10000.
