Same here - I signed up, waited three days and it expired, and tried again.  
Still no confirmation e-mail.  Of course I have double
checked my various spam filters, folders, etc.  I found in the forums where 
someone sent e-mail to get this done, but the e-mail
address was removed, apparently by the forum software.  There have been several 
reports of this happening, but I can find no
solution.  Does anyone have any ideas?
