Dear all,
Compared to Skype, it is much more difficult to 'send text message' while
in a call with someone. The trouble is that to send a text message the
contact being called needs to be in the Addressbook, which is not always
necessarily the case.
To address this issue I would suggest two UI elements:
- In the Call tab (while during a call with someone), add a 'send text
message' button that would allow to send a message to the contact that is
currently being called.
- In the Recent calls tab add a context-menu similar to the one in the
Contacts tab. It should allow to (1) Call address@hidden, (2) Send text
to address@hidden and (3) Add address@hidden to Contacts.
Both suggestions above would streamline and improve the UI. Regards,
Liviu
