I want to use one server to do all work which linphone can do, including video/audio call,im, presence etc. so we want to know whether there is other server(s) to do this.
I know opensips, Is it suitable for?

I am not familiar with sip.linphone.org. We use asterisk (open source - free) on one of our low end servers with linksys sip modems to connect to the pstn. We have openfire installed on one of our windows servers and linked to the asterisk server. We use the asterisk primarily for conferencing with radios that we have attached to sip interface devices.
