I had the same, I don't know why it happened, but when I changed transport to TCP (and ofcourse turned it on on the server side) it started to work.

I am using the Windows Phone 8 version of Linphone.  I signed up for a free SIP account on Linphone.org, and entered my account information into the app.  Whenever I dial a number, it hangs up after about half a second.  Why?
