Your error is in trying to creating a "number only" sip account with Linphone
SIP,
because Linphone SIP will not permit "number only" sip accounts [as far as I am
aware].
If you want a "number only" sip account then go to www.iptel.ORG and you may
create a
free "number only" SIP account (or two or three) there.
Be warned though that the SIP server at iptel.ORG seems to become unavailable
for
several hours every day if you are SIP registered there all the time.
