Thanks.,  Yes this is good, but I wanted from IP to IP, not necessarily in the same local network. This is possible with Linphone, making it very useful for ad-hoc networks use in emergency communications when the infrastructure is down.

you probably mean "registrarless SIP Account" ?  I have never tried but there is a description on the website:
