I don't understand what that means.

The processus is this:

If you installed your app in /Applications, open a terminal and type:

    /Applications/Linphone.app/Contents/MacOS/Linphone --verbose

This should give you an idea of where the app fails. Could you post the results here? Or mail them to me if they contain sensitive information.
