however no luck there ...
can I hardcode it in mediastreamer2 or mx264 .c files ? kindly guide

Also, I'm trying to recompile linphone with zrtp enabled but, I get an error "libzrtpcppcore" package not found ....
the repo ( Beagleboneblack - Debian Wheezy has v2 package ) however linphone requires ver > 4

kindly also guide with compilation of libzrtpcpp from source on beagleboneblack

Thank You

Try to reduce this to 512kbps and see if it is better.

The Bria softphone should also be able to reduce its bandwidth usage when it detects packet loss. Check if it is compatible with AVPF, this could enhance things quite a bit.

Also, can you try to do the same test with linphone iOS to see if the problem exists in this case?

Kindly guide how to reduce fps while keeping the same video resolution / size.

download_bw=1024
upload_bw=1024

What should be the ideal values for the above when using in 3G. Also, changing the bw params does not respect the "size=qvga" parameter in the video settings.

Setup
Linphone linux < ------- > Asterisk < --------> Bria soft client over 3G ( with NAT settings in asterisk )

local network works fine ! Issue is only over mobile network

Thank You
