I updated wiki to fix the issue, it should work now. I changed content of belladonne.list to:
deb [arch=amd64] http://linphone.org/snapshots/debian wheezy main
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main
However please note that the apt repository is only for Debian 7 yet. We plan to add support of Debian 8 within a few weeks; meanwhile you can compile flexisip from sources pretty easily.
I will bump subject again when Debian 8 is available.
