See if you have ES file explorer installed.
I had similar experience until I removed the file explorer.

After installing Linphone through Google Play Store the app immediately hangs in a loop with “Unfortunately Linphone has stopped” error message.
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, cleaned all caches from Google play , google services and even dalvik cache. To no avail.
Help is appreciated.
