In the daily build of the linphone desktop app, it works, so I don’t think we have to get further into this problem.

In the linphone main window click help->show debug window

 

In the linhone debug window click clear

 

place call

 

copy all the text from the debug window to a pastebin and provide a link

I have a suspicion.

Can you get a sip trace and paste it to a pastebin and supply a link?

We have an Asterisk SIP Server setup that if you press “##” you can transfer a call.

 

This works fine from all clients incl. linphone Smartphone App, Except Linphone Desktop.

 

In Linphone Desktop, when we open they keypad and press “##” we can hear the sound of the pressed key, but that’s all. No transfer is initiated and in the asterisk logs there is no entry that “##” was pressed.

 

Does anyone know an solution for this?
