I had the same issue a few days ago. I received VoIP calls on my Linphone from unknown sources every ~10 minutes. I solved it by disabling IGMP Proxying and disabling SIP ALG on my Internet Router. I use a Netgear Router and this is their explanation of those functions:

# Disable IGMP Proxying

The IGMP Proxying function lets a LAN PC to receive the multicast traffic it is interested in from the Internet. You can click this check box to disable the function if you do not need it.

# Disable SIP ALG

Some VoIP applications do not work well with the SIP ALG. Enabling this option to turn off the SIP ALG may help your VoIP devices to create/accept a call through the router.

Best regards

Stefano
