Hello hw,

On linphone android, if video calling is enabled you should see
an icon that looks like a video camera when you are in a call.
Just tap that button to turn on/off video.

I tried to attach a screenshot from the linphone Google Play
page, but I'm not sure if that will get scrubbed. You can see it
