Cannot get to rc file to cofigure on android. Workaround: Add a placeholder SIP account under assistant. Set the domain to the IP address assigned by the VPN. Then you can call a contact over the VPN. Otherwise LinPhone tells the contact it is reachable over the outside address, no matter what. Very annoying, but LinPhone is super cool otherwise. Peer to Peer is the way to go.
