thank you for your answer but this does not help me :-(
I forgot the information of OS, I'm using Windows 7
Professional SP1 64 bit on both (laptop and desktop). Laptop
works, desktop doesn't.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Please, can you send informations to solve the problem? There should be some program that must be updated (es. Java or something else)?
