We are a users group,
not a corporate help department, so we may or may not be able to
help you.
There are any number of
possible reasons your connection can fail.
First of all, your data may be off, or you may not have a data
plan.
Then, your cell provider may block the SIP protocol, or the port
you are trying to use.
Maybe the linphone server is off, or blocked, or your
information is not entered correctly.
Try retyping your id,
server URL, your password.
Maybe send a screen shot of your configuration?
hey there,i have downloaded your android app from playstore and was able to login with my SIP credentials but it is showing connection failed and not able to make any outgoing calls.
please look into this issue.
