hello there ,

i have managed to to implement linphone sdk for android , now to test it when i am making call from linphones android app downloaded from play store and expecting incoming call into my app in which linphone sdk is integrated i am getting "user busy" error in linphone app , however outgoing call with my app is working fine issue arrives in incoming call that is works one day and it wont work with same endpoint next day , what can i do into that please help

It also depends on the setup that your SIP provider uses.
For example, mine (Voip.ms) uses server-side negotiation
to get past the router. Others may require for you to set up using
Stun/Turn/ICE methods. I never had an account on the Linphone
server, so I am not familiar with their requirements.

Perhaps try and see what you can do with your router setup first.

There are any number of possible reasons your connection can fail.
First of all, your data may be off, or you may not have a data plan.
Then, your cell provider may block the SIP protocol, or the port you are trying to use.
Maybe the linphone server is off, or blocked, or your information is not entered correctly.

Try retyping your id, server URL, your password.
Maybe send a screen shot of your configuration?
