Sorry for the late reply.

This behaviour is expected, since the multi-accounts feature in Linphone is still experimental. We want to improve it but it is not scheduled yet. We had a lot of work with videoconference and the integration of groupchat in Linphone-desktop, so we are still quite busy for at least the end of the year.
