An Internet-PSTN gateway will allow linphone a connection to any
ordinary telephone. Commercial gateways are available. I use Diamond
Worldwide. https://www.diamondcard.us
To receive a call from a phone you obtain a number from the
gateway service. Diamond calls it a DID number. DID = Direct
Inward Dialing.
