[lmc-dev] Problem configuring lmc in ubuntu

Hello! I've trying to build lmc in ubuntu but I haven succeeded so far. 
At first I was having some Qt related errors during configure which I 
overcame with ./configure --with-Qt-dir=/usr/share/qt3

But now I'm getting this error:

checking for sip... /usr/bin/sip
checking for perl... (cached) perl
checking sip version >= 4.1.1... ok
checking for sip include path... configure: error: cannot find 
qt/qtmod.sip; try --with-sip=PATH

I have python2.4-sip4-dev and python2.4-sip4.qt3 installed and I have no 
idea what is wrong here. Any help?
