Upgrade libxlst submodule to build with MinGW 10.1
Use latest v1.1.34 libxslt release, which fixes the problem resulting in
undefined references to "_imp___snprintf.constprop.0" at link time, with
a few more fixes, notably one not yet included in the upstream sources,
which fixes link errors when linking libexslt DLL, see
