My Opinion : diff file for lout changes

Peter Samuel's suggestion regarding diff files for
small changes in lout is excellent. Downloading
the whole of lout every time is a very crude and
'brute force' way of tackling this situation. 

If not a patch, at least jeff should release only the
changed source files in a small archive (tar.z) so
that one can download only the changes, overwrite
the old files with the new ones, and regenerate the
system.
