Actually - no. Chip Salzenberg posted patches to move the row mark
down to the baseline. To make it complete one more primitive is
necessary, tentatively named @WShift (for (W)ord shift), that will act
like a @VShift, but that will propagate as a style bit on each word,
to avoid the @OneRow effect.
