Lout list downtime

The disk in the mailhub that serves the Lout list is suffering from
hardware errors (fortunately, in non-critical FS corner) so we gonna
replace the disk tomorrow (which also gives us a nice pretext to
upgrade the FreeBSD on it to 4-STABLE, upgrade list engine and so on).
The new system is already installed so we'll need to just replace the
disk and the downtime will, hopefully, be minimal.
