You can, probably, use AMS fonts converter to Type1 (available from
CTAN).

What is the Lout code that you use?

Are you sure you *do* have Chancery?  E.g. that's what gsview32 tells me:

    Can't find (or can't open) font file ZapfChancery-Roman.
    Substituting font Times-Roman for ZapfChancery-Roman.

And the word "Warning!", set in Times, indeed overlaps the box border.
