conflict between eq and diag |

Hi,
I just noticed that there can be a confict between the eq and diag
packages. I'm using Lout 3.24. The problem lies with @E. In eq, it is the
abbreviation for @OneCol @Eq. In diag, it can be used to denote the east
side of a labelled object, like in
@Link path {line} from address@hidden to address@hidden
If eq and diag are used simultaneously, the @E in address@hidden will be
interpreted to be the beginning of an equation, with unintended results.
The easy fix to this problem is to edit the eqf file to comment out the
section that defines the @E macro and then use the full @OneCol @Eq when
you need it. Just figured I'd mention it here in case anyone else has run
into this problem. I didn't see anything posted about it in the archive.
