[Announce] Lout 3.29 docs in PS and PDF on SourceForge

Hi all,

A package with PS and PDF versions of the standard documentation
for Lout 3.29 (user's guide, expert's guide, slides and design)
has been released on SourceForge at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/lout/

The files are (plus compressed -> decompressed sizes):
lout-3.29-docs-pdf.tar.gz (1.52MB -> 2.3MB)
lout-3.29-docs-ps.tar.gz  (1.05MB -> 5.7MB)

I used AFPL GS 8.10b to produce the PDFs and did a quick visual
inspection of the files; textures appear fine, but there may an
anomaly or two, depending on what viewer you use, so YMMV.
