Yes, I have both 'LWIP_IPV4=1' and 'LWIP_IPV6=1'.

But my Doxygen (v.1.8.17) seems to expand macros differently
than e.g. clang; a proper compiler.

BTW,
  A 'LWIP_CALLBACK_API=1 \' is missing in
  'PREDEFINE =' in doc/doxygen/lwip.Doxyfile.
