In my code which uses tcp_write(), I do have a polling loop which calls
tcp_output on that pcb. That was necessary to make it work properly. Is
there a better way?
I do note that the sockets interface example does seem to do a
tcp_output() after tcp_write() in the do_write() function in api_msg.c
