Hope you noticed this in the rawapi.txt document at
http://www.sics.se/~adam/lwip/documentation.html
- err_t udp_send(struct udp_pcb *pcb, struct pbuf *p)
Sends the pbuf p. The pbuf is not deallocated.
tcp on the other hand will handle deallocation of the pbuf
You application should deallocate the udp pbuf.
