Indeed, just checked, something is wrong on current master, the echo
example is not even working anymore.
$ cd lwip-contrib/ports/unix/proj/minimal
$ sed -ri 's/(.*SNMP.*)1$/\10/' lwipopts.h
$ make && echo $?
0
# ./echop
Host at 192.168.0.2 mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.0.1
TCP/IP initialized.
Applications started.
$ ping 192.168.0.2
PING 192.168.0.2 (192.168.0.2) 56(84) bytes of data.
