OK, RAW API and NO_SYS=1 then.
I guess this will be easier with socket or netconn, but since you
require small code and no OS, RAW API is great.
As the other guys remarked, an http client is quite complicated.
However, just sending a hardcoded POST is not (quite) complicated.
You need a simple TCP client, you can build one with the info in the
wiki: http://lwip.wikia.com/wiki/Raw/TCP
Then, as you probably know, you have to choose the way you will pass
your data to the server, either form or multipart.
The easiest way, if you won't make changes on the server side, is to use
a GET and just pass the parameters on the URL. If you must use POST,
then it gets more involved.
The other point is if you need authentication, which makes things a bit
more involved too.
