[lwip-users] etharp_hdr structure having padding?

I was looking at the etharp_raw structure and sow that both ethernet header and arp packet data type was structure and that raised some questions:
1. Are structure paddings a issue or hoe its avoided?

2. What is PACK_FIELD_STRUCT does in ethar_hdr structure?
