LYNX-DEV lynx.cfg

Hi,

I tried
In the Makefile:

##change the next line if you want the lynx.cfg file installed somewhere
##besides /usr/local/lib
cfg= /usr/local/lib
 
But still the message 
Configuration file /usr/local/lib/lynx.cfg is not available.
appears when I try to run lynx.
