Unfotunately, the composite is no longer compatible with the color styles
patch.

It's a good possibility.  Rob posted a day or two ago that he now has one
day a week to work on Lynx and only Lynx and that he has nailed down some
other problems in the styles mods dealing with lists and that he hopes to
have another patch out RSN (Real Soon Now).
