This faq is going to have lots of hyperlinks to separate pages,
it looks like.

Now, suppose someone wants to get it printed out on PAPER;
the method to do that will be via -crawl, etc.

Thinking ahead TO that usage, are some organizations of
the links on the page(s) better than others, as far as
the ORDER in which the resulting pages are printed under -crawl?

If so, then the right time to think about it is now,
I'd guess...
