LYNX-DEV Lynx and Text Areas

Ok, I've RTFM'd on this, and I'm not sure if it answered my question.  I
have a textarea defined as 40 columns and 10 rows.  Lynx displays it as a
40 x 10 text area.  no problem.  But, if I define wrap=physical shouldn't
lynx wrap at the 40th column?  Or is this not part of the specs of a
<FORM>?
