LYNX-DEV more on my crash while taking survey

Okay, I grabbed the latest lynx 2-6FM, rebuilt with -g flag.  When it
crashes now, I get:

Unfortunately, someone has hard coded -O flags into the library code so I 
didn't get the info I thought i would get.  Sigh.
