LYNX-DEV Configuration!!

Hi, 

My name is Jamill Usmani and I am doing a project for making the web
more accessible for the blind.  I will be using the Lynx browser & also 
the DecTalk speech synthesis software.  I was wondering if you could 
possibly provide me with information on, as to the way I could configure
Lynx to work with DecTalk.
