And 1997-feb-06, or even 1997feb06, or even 6feb1997, is even more
so -- and TOTALLY unambiguous.
Can't we assume that pretty much all non-english-speaking
computer users know at least the english names for the MONTHS?
Most of them probably use either ibm-compatible pc's, with
ms-something in english at least partly. Even those who
don't probably use SOME english-commands-software.
Certainly all unix users know the month-hames in english.
