LYNX-DEV strange behavior

I attempted to use the latest lynx 2.7 pre-release with
http://www.ccmcom.com/cgi-bin/tour/ and had the strangest experience.
It was as if an input field 'followed me' around the screen as I
moved around thru various links, etc.

Each time I tried to move the cursor after selecting Ohio as the
state that I wanted to see, and then clicking on the submit button,
resulted in the text around the cursor changing in strange ways, with
text input lines from a form seeming to appear around the input
cursor.
