There is no direct way. You might be able to get away with putting the
table in a <PRE> section and carefully spacing things.
I have an awk script that does a reasonable conversion, but has trouble
with fancy embedded forms and some other tags, even assuming technically
correct HTML.

The easiest way is to look at it in Lynx and see if it makes sense as is,
and the best current alternative is one of the table filters.
