Lets all patch up our 2.7s with Wayne's stuff and call it 2.8 Alpha .01
perhaps.  Somhow, just adding one more machine and a couple of bugfixes
dosn't seem like enough for a new version.  I agree, we need to get Klaus &
Rob's stuff in.
