NCSA has a fairly nice DOS version of telnet and since I have 2 IP's and
am using ndis3pkt I actually use it as my telnet from Win32 lynx, but this
setup is rare in the real world.
There are also a ton of freeware GUI telnet clients, but there is a big
desire for text mode applications in Win95 and NT. Maybe someday there
will be a nice free one.
