I have developed a Java AWT implementation for text terminals.
It is based on communicating with a client program with a "Java
Thin Client" protocol. It runs Teikada (dejava) and CardTest
and any other Java program that doesn't actually require Images.
Thanks to lynx, our dumb terminal users can browse web pages as
well. Wouldn't it be nifty if lynx could load a Java VM to run
Java applets. Ideally it would be a Java Thin Client itself,
but even spawning a separate client process would be ok.
Email to address@hidden if you are interested.
